On November 5th, 2021, the property was inspected by the Kirschbaum company on the subject of flood protection. In this inspection, all necessary building security measures were discussed. All required dimensions were recorded for the purpose of preparing an offer.

Flood protection
The picture above shows the course of the flood protection wall in the city of Meckenheim.
The flood protection for the property is divided into the following sub-areas:
- Meckenheim flood wall
- Kirschbaum flood gates on the property's doors
- Sealing of the outer walls of the property with a special plaster
- Special screed in the area of the shooting range
- Installation of a drainage channel in the KK stand with pump, this should be installed at the head area of the KK hall.
The drainage channel has the task of absorbing the water in the event of a water ingress in the KK level
to pump the water out into the open with a dirty water pump.
